We are able to forge pieces with a weight included between Kg 3 and Kg 180 and on customer request we can also made heat treatments (hardening and tempering) and machining.
Dies and tooling are completely designed by our Engineering Department actually equipped with 4 working stations CAD (2D / 3D) / CAM and realized by our mechanical workshop equipped, among other things, with modern C.N. machines.
Among our customer there are worldwide Leaders in the respective commercial fields.
The area occupied by the plant is 50.000 m2 of which 18.000 covered
The actual manpower is of about 120 people.
Our actual productive capacity is :
- Transformed billet : 3550 ton/month
- Finished forged product : 2770 ton/month
